The bottle top closure required an assembly of several different items including crimping ring, sealing gasket and sprinkler top, which may have been sourced and bought from three or four different companies, involving minimum quantities in excess of what is required. If the crimping ring, sealing gasket and sprinkler top are not assembled properly it would cause leakage and the bottle and components would create an unnecessary cost.

Recognising a gap in the market to improve the existing bottle top closure by eliminating the assembly process, we have manufactured and patented 3 in 1 bottle top closure that is made to the size of the bottle that you wish to use. The 3 in 1 bottle top closure eliminates unsightly extra material that in some instances is crimped around the neck of the bottle, due to the fact that the skirt on the crimping ferrules are a standard length and the bottles are not. All our bottle top closures come with the sealing gasket installed, without using any glue or adhesives and using our unique method of ensuring they stay perfectly in place.

To ensure an excellent fit to the bottle, we ask you to send us a bottle that you want to use and we will make the closure to fit it and also give assistance in designing a screw on cap to enhance the beauty of your product. If you want to use a collar to slip over the closure ferrule we can also produce a bottle top closure to accommodate this.
